This photo will help determine the exact location of the meter. Please take this from some distance back so that the location can be more easily determined.
This photo will help determine the meter identification number. Please ensure all letters and numbers are included in the photo.
This photo will highlight if there are any other logging devices attached or installation issues.
Written location information e.g. "Meter located on 123 Sydney Rd, to the right of driveway entrance below the company sign".
Any site induction requirements that will need to be completed prior to the installation.
